Chinese Noodles Samosa Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
- Samosa patti (as needed)
- Noodles (1 packet boiled)
- Noodles masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 Green onion (green part)
- 1 Onion
- 1 Capsicum(cut in strips)
- 1/2 Cabbage(cut in thin strips)
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- Oil for deep frying
- Take pan , add water and noodles in it . Boil till the noodles are ready. Now wash the noodles in tap running water to remove starch. Now keep them aside.
- Now take pan , add 2 tbsp oil then add Onion(chopped). Cook for 2 min.
- Now add green onion, cabbage, carrot. Fry for 2-3 min on high flame.
- Add boiled noodles, black pepper,salt, chilli flakes, red chilli powder, noodles masala , soya sauce,chilli sauce, vinegar and mix well.
- Cook for 2-3 mins on high flame. So samosa mixture is ready for filling.
- Take samosa patti, add mixture then fold nicely.
- Deep fry in hot oil till golden in color.
- Your delicious Chinese noodles samosa is ready.
