Chinese Noodles Samosa Recipe:

INGREDIENTS:
  • Samosa patti (as needed)
  • Noodles (1 packet boiled)
  • Noodles masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Green onion (green part)
  • 1 Onion 
  • 1 Capsicum(cut in strips)
  • 1/2 Cabbage(cut in thin strips)
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • Oil for deep frying
METHOD:
  1. Take pan , add water and noodles in it . Boil till the noodles are ready.  Now wash the noodles in tap running water to remove starch. Now keep them aside.
  2. Now take pan , add 2 tbsp oil then add Onion(chopped). Cook for 2 min.
  3. Now add green onion, cabbage, carrot. Fry for 2-3 min on high flame.
  4. Add boiled noodles, black pepper,salt, chilli flakes, red chilli powder, noodles masala , soya sauce,chilli sauce, vinegar and mix well.
  5. Cook for 2-3 mins on high flame. So samosa mixture is ready for filling.
  6. Take samosa patti, add mixture then fold nicely.
  7. Deep fry in hot oil till golden in color.
  8. Your delicious Chinese noodles samosa is ready.
  9. Serve and Enjoy!
