Chinese Pakora Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Potatoes(cut in small strips)
- 1 carrot(grated)
- 1/2 capsicum(cut in thin strips)
- 1/2 cup cabbage(chopped)
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 4 tbsp gram flour(besan)
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- 2 green chillis(chopped)
- 5 tbsp yogurt
- 3 tbsp podina(mint) chutney(green chutney)
- Oil for frying
- Firstly, take large bowl, Add potatoes, cabbage, carrot, capsicum and green chillis.
- Now add chilli flakes, red chilli powder, gram flour, corn flour in it.
- Add yogurt and podina(mint) chutney in it. Mix well
- Deep fry in a pan till golden brown in color.
- Drain off the pakora over kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
- Your tasty chinese pakora is ready.
- Serve with Ketchup and Enjoy!
