Chinese Pakora Recipe:

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 Potatoes(cut in small strips)
  • 1 carrot(grated)
  • 1/2 capsicum(cut in thin strips)
  • 1/2 cup cabbage(chopped)
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 4 tbsp gram flour(besan)
  • 3 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 green chillis(chopped)
  • 5 tbsp yogurt
  • 3 tbsp podina(mint) chutney(green chutney)
  • Oil for frying
METHOD:
  1. Firstly, take large bowl, Add potatoes, cabbage, carrot, capsicum and green chillis.
  2. Now add chilli flakes, red chilli powder, gram flour, corn flour in it.
  3. Add yogurt and podina(mint) chutney in it. Mix well 
  4. Deep fry in a pan till golden brown in color.
  5. Drain off the pakora over kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
  6. Your tasty chinese pakora is ready.
  7. Serve with Ketchup and Enjoy!
