Cheese Peri Bites

Cheese Peri Bites

INGREDIENTS:
  • 10 Large sized green chillis
  • 200 gm boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp tikka masala
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup cheese (in strips or grated)

For Coating:

Take bowl, add all-purpose flour(maida) 1 tsp salt, 1tsp black pepper, 1 egg and water to make a paste. Take bread crumbs in a plate.

FOR SAUCE:
Take 1/2 cup mayyonaise add 1 tsp black pepper, 1tsp salt and 2 tbsp yougurt . Mix well
and Your tasty Sauce is ready. You can enjoy with ketchup too. Choice is yours.

METHOD:
  1. First of all, take green chilli cut from center then all the seeds take out.
  2. Now add all the chillis in a bowl then add 1 cup water and 4 tbsp vinegar. Keep aside for 15 min. ( this will take out all the bitterness )
  3. Take pan, add 1 tbsp oil add boiled chicken(cut in strips), tikka masala, black pepper, salt, chilli flakes,garlic paste. Cook for 2-3 min. Keep this mixture aside.
  4. Now fill the green chillis with one strip of cheese then add mixture in it. 
  5. Dip the green chilli in a coating mixture then cover with bread crumbs and repeat the procedure twice.
  6. In a pan, add oil and deep fry untill golden-brown in color.
  7. Your tasty Peri Bites are ready.
  8. Serve and Enjoy!

NOTE:
 YOU CAN MAKE AND FREEZE FOR RAMZAN TOO OR ANY OTHER PURPOSE.
