Aloo Chicken Samosa Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg potatos (boiled and mash)
- 1/2 kg chicken (boiled and shreded)
- 2 onion(chopped)
- 2 tbsp green chillis(choped)
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp tikka masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
Take a bowl, add 3 tbsp maida(flour) and water to make a paste.

- Take a pan, add oil, boiled chicken(shreded), pototoes(mashed), green chillis, coriander leaves,chilli flakes, black pepper, tikka masala, salt then mix well.
- Cook for 2-3 min.
- Your mixture is ready.
- Now take samosa patti add the above mixture in it. Fold nicely with above folding mixture.
- Repeat with the rest.
- Deep fry in oil till golden brown in color.
- Serve with mint chutney or Ketchup.
