Aloo Chicken Samosa

Aloo Chicken Samosa Recipe:

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 kg potatos (boiled and mash)
  • 1/2 kg chicken (boiled and shreded)
  • 2 onion(chopped)
  • 2 tbsp green chillis(choped)
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
For folding:
Take a bowl, add 3 tbsp maida(flour) and water to make a paste.
METHOD:
  1. Take a pan, add oil, boiled chicken(shreded), pototoes(mashed), green chillis, coriander leaves,chilli flakes, black pepper, tikka masala, salt then mix well.
  2. Cook for 2-3 min.
  3. Your mixture is ready.
  4. Now take samosa patti add the above mixture in it. Fold nicely with above folding mixture.
  5. Repeat with the rest.
  6. Deep fry in oil till golden brown in color.
  7. Serve with mint chutney or Ketchup.
